What it costs, before you ever get on a call.
Four things you can buy: the site, one automation at a fixed price, and the two monthly tiers that keep them running and report on them. The $499 report picks which, and closes on one number. You'll never wonder what ballpark you're in. Founding clients pay less, and the terms are below.
The Build
$3,500–$6,000 for founding clients
A custom, conversion-focused site with the search and AI-answer foundation built in from day one. One scoped figure after the walk, not a range.
- Custom design, not a template
- Copy built around your offer, not generic services
- The cost pages and project gallery your trade actually gets asked for
- Core technical SEO + AEO structure
- The dashboard page, showing your baseline from day one
- You own the domain, code, hosting and content. No lock-in
The Ops Build
20% off for founding clients
One automation from the catalogue, fixed price, deployed into accounts you own. The walk picks which one; the report names the price.
- Intake and text-back: $1,500
- Quote follow-up that reads status from your CRM: $2,500
- Pre-quote qualifier, so you stop driving out to price shoppers: $3,000
- Hiring intake: $1,500
- Lead inbox: $3,500, or $2,000 wired into the tool you already use
- Already on Jobber? I'll tell you if a $29 add-on does it
Front Office
No contract$2,000–$2,750 month to month, no contract
Your automations kept running, and one page every month that says leads, quoted, won, and where each came from.
- $2,500 with one automation running; $3,500 with two or more
- The monthly page: leads → quoted → won → $, and where they came from
- Review requests after every job, and a Monday brief in your inbox
- Weekly AI-answer sampling, pooled monthly, with the sample size shown
- One or two citable pages a month: cost, comparison, FAQ
- A text to you if anything stops; small changes inside two business days
- Month to month from day one. 30 days' notice, no exit fee
Partner
Front Office, plus a new automation every quarter from the backlog the walk found. Opens after Front Office has run for 90 days. Priced now so the ladder is visible, not sold before there's proof.
- Everything in Front Office
- One new automation shipped each quarter, each with its own number to move
- A fresh walk through the operation every quarter
- Small changes same day
- Opens after the first 90 days of Front Office
Three founding slots. A lower price, in exchange for the proof.
TheyName is new, and the first three clients are how it stops being new. The build is roughly half the standard price and the retainer is held at a founding rate, month to month, because asking you to sign a year with a supplier who has no case studies yet would be asking you to take all of the risk. In return, we agree on a number to move before we start, record where you're starting from, and publish the result here with your name on it.

The trade — what you agree to
- 1
A metric, agreed before the build
Booked jobs, quote requests, calls, or share of voice in AI answers. One number we both sign off on, with your starting position recorded before anything changes.
- 2
Your result, published
When the number moves, it goes on this site as a named case study. That's the trade. If it doesn't move, that gets said too.
- 3
A testimonial at 90 days
Honest, in your words. If it's not good, I'd rather fix the work than fake the quote.
Who it's for
- An established pool renovation, pool service, HVAC, roofing or plumbing company
- Google reviews already on the board
- Serving a Florida market I can sample properly
I turn down founding applications that don't fit. A first case study that can't be won is worse for both of us than no case study at all.
Straight answers before you ask.
Scope varies with how many pages, how much content, and how competitive your market already is. You'll get an exact number after a short scoping call. Never a surprise invoice.
Every engagement comes with the same three promises.
You own everything, always
Domain, code, content, analytics, hosting. All in your name from day one, not mine. If we ever stop working together you keep the whole site, working, with the logins already yours. Nothing to fight for and nothing to buy back.
No long contracts, ever
The retainer is month-to-month from the first month. Thirty days' notice, no exit fees, no minimum term, no fine print designed to make leaving hard. If it stops being worth it, you should be able to stop.
You get an answer, not a ticket
One person builds your site and one person answers when you need something changed. The same person. Small changes inside two business days, and you'll always know where a job stands.
When someone in your area asks AI who to call, is it you?
I run your trade and service area through ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI answers, asking the buying questions your customers actually ask, repeatedly. Then I show you which pool companies get recommended, how often, and exactly why you're being skipped. $499, delivered in two days, and credited in full against whatever we build.
$499, credited in full against whatever we build. If it doesn't name at least three specific things you can fix, you don't pay.
