What owners pay
When a med spa owners' newsletter asked its Facebook group, 98 owners answered. The most common answer was $1,800 to $2,500. Established clinics paid $3,000 to $5,000, a premium site $8,000 to $10,000, and one owner paid over $20,000 and later rebuilt it herself. What agencies publish
Rosemont Media lists custom sites at $10,000 to $40,000 (rosemontmedia.com). Incredible Marketing's web design starts at $14,995 (its Webflow partner page). Aesthetix Media starts sites at $5,000 and sells monthly retainers of $1,500 to $9,500 (aesthetixmedia.com/pricing). Redefine Web lists $2,500, $4,500, $7,500 and from $12,000 (redefineweb.com). Always Do Better sells a site at $249 a month, month to month (alwaysdobetterllc.com). Moxie and Growth99 build sites inside platform plans and don't publish a separate price. All read October 13, 2026.
Many of the best-known aesthetic agencies publish no price at all.
Seven questions to ask
Whose name is the domain in, and who owns the site, the photos and every lead? Owners on r/MedSpa ask whether agencies own or resell the leads they pay for. Get the answer in writing.
Can I leave any month, and what do I take with me? Ask what happens to the site if you stop paying.
Does your report count booked patients, or clicks and impressions?
Who will I talk to, and who designs it? A name, not a team.
Show me three clinic sites you built in the last two years. Open them on your phone and try to find the injector, the price and the booking button.
Does it work with my booking system, or does it replace it?
Do you know the advertising rules where I practice? In the UK and Australia they differ sharply from the US, and the medical director should sign the copy off.
Signs of a template
Read the revision terms. Growth99's plans, for example, allow one opportunity for layout changes and two rounds of revisions for image selection (growth99.com/pricing). That's a template process, which can be fine if it's what you want. Know it before you sign.
Where I fit
I design med spa sites, so weigh this section knowing that. The starter site is $6,000 and the full site $9,500: half to start, and the second half only once you approve the design. You get three design directions in five business days and a first look after you pick one, and if it isn't right you can stop after either: you keep what you've seen and the research, and never pay the second half. You own the domain, the site and every lead. Site care is $299 a month, month to month.
What this doesn't tell you
Published prices aren't quotes, and a sales call can land anywhere. Nobody has measured which kind of agency brings a med spa more booked patients, so judge on what you'll own and what you can check.
Want a website built from what your customers check?
You see three directions in five business days, and the site goes live when you say it's right.
