The terms, in short
The full version is on the terms page and it is three screens long. This is the whole of it that matters.
- $399 or $599 a month. No setup fee. Cancel whenever you want, in an email.
- Fourteen days on the first month: if it is not right, the month is refunded.
- Yours from day one: the domain, your words, your photos, your Google listing, your analytics, and every lead the site ever takes. Exportable whenever you ask, including on the way out.
- Rented: the build itself. It runs while you subscribe and comes down when you stop, and the domain is yours to point anywhere the same afternoon.
- To keep the build as well, the price is $5,000, the same in any month. It does not count down with what you have paid: the monthly buys the work, not instalments towards the code.
What happens next
Today
You get a receipt and one email from me asking for your logo and your photos, if you have them. If you do not, I work from what is on your current site.
Inside 48 hours
A link to your site, built and live on a temporary address, with a short recording of me walking through it. You reply with what is wrong.
Inside a week
It is on your own domain, your Google listing is set up, and the first monthly read lands at the end of the month.
